I'm a Defender apparently which is strange considering I'm 5 feet 5 and can't header or tackle to save my life! I'd say about 50% was right and 50% wrong.

Executive, couldn’t be more wrong.

Homeless sad loser is far more accurate.

Entertainer...... Sounded pretty accurate to me.

Especially in my parenting style.

"Most of it seems pretty accurate with the odd few things wouldn’t necessarily agree with but it might have been how I interpreted them I suppose".

How you are feeling when you take it will influence the result but like most things, if you repeat it a few times then the combined results will tend to converge towards a 'best fit' outcome.

I got an Adventurer personality.

Did this a while ago, got INTJ back then. Supposed to be rare. Quiet strategist kind of thing. But with possible sociopathic tendencies iirc.

Seems as if there’s more than a few ‘Moriartys’ on WHO - what a surprise.

"I have no idea what the interviews were for, they didn't seem to be following a structure".

There isn't an easily identifiable structure. Questions that are looking at a similar personality area are deliberately split up throughout the interview and questionnaire to enable later cross-checking for consistency of answers.

The idea is that each manager receives a report detailing his or her direct reports and then (if skilful enough), is able to use that information to help them manage those individuals most effectively. Most who have enough insight will clearly have worked out a lot of this in advance anyway depending on how long you have worked with the person.

Of course when you have enough experience with these, if they are used as part of a recruitment process, you can alter your answers to fit the profile that they are looking for. 😁

Re: What is your personality?
We've been using these for years (also see under Myers-Briggs personality indicator).

I went through it again and I'm still an INTJ (like Heisenberg and Professor Moriarty).

That'll do.
